here are some of the games i played as a wee little kid! enjoy lolz

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ah, red rhino... an innocent time for myself. picture this: you're about 5-6 and you lost a baby tooth, you expect some cash right? well TOO BAD SON you instead got this sick game cause you're a GAMER!!!!

and what, pray tell, is red rhino about? well, it's about a red rhino (duh) who goes on an adventure to find his balloon which he keeps losing for some reason. it's full of mini games and puzzles as expected for a game that is ages 3-6. but it's one of the earliest games i ever played on my super ugly brick-like pc.


my first ever barbie game!! rapunzel was lit ngl like it was probably the first "house/mansion" make over game in history trust! you basically help rapunzel fix the castle and other mini games fit for children's brains i guess lol! the graphics actually weren't too bad looking back... i played it over and over and over again because it really was super fun! considering i wasn't a huge fan of the movie itself.



‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ my second barbie game lets goooooooo!!! i was actually a fan of this movie (love the ballet too). so when i got this game i forgot all about rapunzel soz girl. the game is pretty similar to rapunzel in the way that it's a lot of mini games and such, without the added makeovers. and it's more whimsical with it's forest setting which i enjoyed a lot. i don't remember if i ever finished the game or not though...





another barbie game?!?!?!? yes. but this time, it's a mystery! a HORSE MYSTERY!!! yes, i was a horse girl in my youth but i was also a dectective so respect that! in barbie horse mystery you play as barbie (as opposed to helping barbie). you are a horse rider obvs and your best friend's horse has been kidnapped!! the drama!!! so you and your horse go on an adventure to help find the missing horse. and man oh man, i loved this game so much. i wanna say it's almost semi-open world? you can explore to a certain degree at least. you can custom your horse but it's only through picking the colour and through a selection of names. either way, dope game!


‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ freddi fish... what do i even remember about this game. i didn't finish it, it was waaay too advanced for my tiny brain that's for sure. and kinda scary at times! it's about a fish names freddi and you gotta help him figure out why kelp are missing? and there's fish ghosts and yeah. nam flashbacks for sure. why my parents got this for me i have no idea, i was content with barbie but hey ho. sorry i don't remember much else about it lol.




AAAAAH BIRNTEY YAAAAS!!!!! ok so i remember getting this game at a cd store once, i just saw it and was like "mom if you don't get this for me i will not talk to you ever again" - i was super dramatic about britney (Still kinda am...) okay so this game is just about dancing but only to britney songs as you are getting ready to be her back up dancer on her world tour!!!! it's cool cause when you dance little scenes of her music videos play in the background. and there's also a britney quiz you can do and i'm sure there's like other things that i don't remember but it was fun and i miss it.


‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ when i upgraded from humble pc to super exciting console (in which mine was that super bright pink), i also upgraded from barbie to bratz (dolls included). i think i loved bratz more than i ever loved barbie honestly. forever diamonds is sort of based on the movie and the bratz tv show? you play as each bratz girl (cloe, jade, sasha, yasmin) as you go on different quests to get the latest juicy story for the bratz magazine! there are a lot of mini games as well as it being semi-explorable. my favourite was the new york stage where you can ice skate! probably one of my most favourite and beloved ps2 games.


when i think of this game, i think of the movie... how funny it is.. how much i loved it... SIKE I HATE THIS STUPID GAME AAAASAHFEHFQWEF i spent so long trying to finish this game and it's stupid levels and how hard they are for a kids game!!! i've never felt rage as much as i did when i tried to play this stupid game!!!!! and the sad part is that i never even finished it!!! sigh... it was actually super fun when you got to finish a level, i actually enjoyed playing as the little prehistoric rat thing... i would actually play it again if i had the chance!


‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ah tekken, my first game that would've made most parents scream "NOOOOO NOT THE VIOLENCE!!!" but i had a cool mom who would always say "you know it's not real, so why can't you play it?" and she was right, i grew up watching WWE, so why can't i play fighting games? trust me, i wasn't going to be starting fights with people because of a fighting game (i was WAAAY too anxious and shy for that). i think everyone knows what tekken is, maybe. listen i know nothing about it story wise, i just wanted to fight people as nina williams. that's all. i never played story mode.


keeping up with the fighting game era of my youth, we have WWE's smackdown vs raw game. which honestly, i wish i had gotten a more updated game rather than this one which had wrestlers i wasn't familiar with on it (at least females). and i was awful at it, i was amazing at tekken (and still am heh) but WWE? terrible. but i enjoyed the music that the game had, like firefly by breaking benjamin (was super into rock bands in this era). that's all i can really say about this game, i got it because i was obsessed with WWE back then.



‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎alright jumping into my sonic the hedgehog era!!! sonic heros was fun, i guess? i don't really remember much other than i always played with team dark(?) shadow's team. i was a huge shadow fangirl, still am. shadow and silver my beloved. sorry sonic it's not you (it is), it's me. oh and of course huge crush on rogue the bat!! she had no right to have such massive tatas as a bat... i wish i remembered more to say more but alas, it's a sonic game, you know the drill. rings and stuff.



speaking of shadow!!!!! best sonic game ever!!!!!!! i love shadow so much ugggh the blue print to having crushes on morally questionable, traumatised characters mwaaaaah! actually, i had a friend that i got this game from; he had finished playing it so he said "you know shadow so here have it", best gift ever. the other characters in this game are hella annoying though (looking at you sonic). let me shoot things in peace! i would usually shoot all enemies, humans and aliens alike, i didn't care!!! i'm an emo hedgehog with a gun you can't stop me!!!!! i miss this game so much, it also had some sick music!! all hail shadow? i am all of me?? both by crush 40!!! such y2k vibes ugh bring it back.



‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎last of the ps2 sonic games is this piece of trash. i don't care what you say, sonic unleashed was TERRIBLE! i hated every minute of it much to my parents disappointed as it was a christmas gift (they care so much about my interests bless them). but yeah no. this game sucked. the little thing that follows you around? annoying. were-hedgehog? stupid. fuck this game. now, i'll admit... i never finished it because i got annoyed at everything so it could have gotten better... i doubt it.. but yeah.




when i got my turquoise ds lite, i was excited... and then i got this game with it. and i had to play this for an hour every day before playing any other game. i hated this game so much. it's for old people not cool 11 year olds like me. it's home work for kids on summer break, that's all. it sucks ass. i hated it and after summer break i hid it and pretended i lost it. take that parents.


‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎last sonic game fr. i liked this one a lot! different stages (my fave was the under water one). also soz to sonic, never used him i only played as THE princess blaze the cat! eggman was annoying in this game though, like boring and annoying. i just wanted to go spinny spinny and he wants to stop me? sir? i am a child, leave. that's all there is to say about this game...



meh this game... it was based on the bratz live action movie (which was awful). it's just... an odd game. there was a zombie moment in it? i don't remember much other than maybe makeovers and dancing. 5/10, the ps2 game was better.





‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ew this game nooooooo why did my mom get it for me i'm gonna cry!!! you basically look after a baby... that's it... and then it grows up and you start over again... that's literally it 10/10 game play. i just... played it maybe twice... not a fan, wouldn't rec... would burn in a fire.





NO THIS GAME HURTS MEEEE. not really, but the song in it makes me so emotional cause it's so cute "i'm a little kitten, hardly fit my mittens" and it's just... it's nintendogs but cats and it just... i loved it and i'm getting emo talking about it so let's just move on before i BAWL my eyes out. i did give the game to my sister though, she also enjoyed it a lot.

IT IS. i miss it so much please nintendo i need it on the switch or next console PLEASE!!! i had lab and friends which was sooo cute and i remember i had a brown lab that i named bonnie. adorable times!! i used to bring my ds to school and play with my friends, cute times!!!!!



cooking mama is a cooking game, that i was terrible at. i think i had a pretty heavy hand with the stylis so i just couldn't do anything right lmao but it was fun nontheless! what else can i say? the game is just cooking with mama who looks like a child herself. it was good when i got something right!
